  • Guest：Good hotel. Only inconvenient: they didn't accepted the payment through Trip.com, they consider that payment, so they requested payment when I was checking out. The money payed in Trip.com was returned, but they should have explained this before, through the system.

Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

  • Guest：The front desk and concierges were friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was little outdated, and the tub was not clean enough for soaking. The door of the separated shower stall could not be closed, after we complained, the hotel moved us to a different room. After all, the stay was pleasant.
